Kevin Mark Salmon, founder of Salmon & Marshall Real Estate Investments, has been in the real estate business for over a decade. He began as a founding member in the New York office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest Real Estate Investment Brokerage Services firm in the nation. His successful record and exceptional sales performance enabled him to quickly climb the ranks from Associate Broker in 2003, to Senior Associate in 2004, and in 2006 he earned the prestigious rank of Senior Investment Associate. His consistency and dedication were further rewarded in 2007 with a promotion to Vice President of Investments, a distinction achieved by few agents. Mr. Salmon has proposed on, listed and sold over $400 million in real estate transactions in the New York area.

His vast network of clients includes REIT's, private investors, and corporations including Julien J. Studley, founder of Studley, Inc., Allen Rosenberg of Alrose Group, Ralph DellaCava of R.A. Cohen and Associates, Leonard Shendell, chairman of Cornell Pace, and Ram Gupta of Chatam Management.

While his initial focus was Bronx multi-family, mixed-use residential, and retail assets, he later transitioned into Manhattan – specifically commercial condominiums, and encouraged his clientele to seek assets in Manhattan as well. As a New York native, his charisma and keen business sense have put him at the forefront of the real estate market where he has established lasting relationships with some of the region’s most influential investors.

The majority of Mr. Salmon’s business comes from repeat clients and client referrals. They are a direct result of the trust he has built with his clients and the strength of his relationships with them. It is the aforementioned qualities and his unique sales expertise that have enabled him to build Salmon & Marshall Real Estate Investments in a partnership with Matthew J. Marshall.
