NEW YORK, NY—Salmon & Marshall closed their second deal in a month with Benchmark Real Estate Group with the $5.3 million sale of 120 MacDougal Street. The 26-unit, 13,618-square-foot apartment building has two commercial units and is located in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood.

Kevin M. Salmon and Matthew J. Marshall represented the long term owner and also procured the buyers Jordan Vogel and Aaron Feldman of Benchmark Real Estate Group, LLC a private Manhattan-based real estate firm.

"We have begun to see light at the end of the tunnel with the down economy," said Salmon. "With this being our second closing in the one month, we are confident that the commercial Real Estate market is on its way to a positive recovery."

This deal is Salmon & Marshall's third closing since opening their doors in May of 2009.
